Roffanova is a trading name of RAW Footage, based in Rotterdam. We provide workflow automation and AI integrations to Dutch and European SMEs.

• Business details: company name, CoC number, invoice address — for performance of the agreement.
• Gebruiksgegevens: bezoekersstatistieken via privacyvriendelijke analyse (geen tracking cookies).
• Usage data: visitor statistics via privacy-friendly analytics (no tracking cookies).
• Verwerkingsgegevens: gegevens verwerkt via geautomatiseerde workflows, conform de verwerkersovereenkomst.
• Processing data: data processed via automated workflows, in accordance with the data processing agreement.

5. Gebruik van AI-tools5. Use of AI Tools

Roffanova maakt gebruik van AI-diensten, waaronder Claude (Anthropic) en n8n. Persoonsgegevens worden alleen doorgegeven aan deze verwerkers voor zover noodzakelijk en op basis van een verwerkersovereenkomst.

Roffanova uses AI services, including Claude (Anthropic) and n8n. Personal data is only shared with these processors to the extent necessary and on the basis of a data processing agreement.

6. Bewaartermijnen6. Retention Periods

Wij bewaren uw gegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk. Financiële gegevens worden conform de wettelijke bewaarplicht 7 jaar bewaard. Overige gegevens worden verwijderd na beëindiging van de overeenkomst, tenzij langer bewaren wettelijk verplicht is.

We do not retain your data longer than necessary. Financial data is retained for 7 years in accordance with the statutory retention obligation. Other data is deleted upon termination of the agreement, unless longer retention is legally required.

Wij delen uw gegevens niet met derden voor commerciële doeleinden. Gegevens worden uitsluitend gedeeld met verwerkers die noodzakelijk zijn voor de dienstverlening, op basis van een verwerkersovereenkomst.

U heeft tevens het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Roffanova treft passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen ter beveiliging van uw persoonsgegevens, waaronder versleutelde verbindingen (TLS), toegangsbeveiliging en regelmatige back-ups.
