Marko Roffanova groeide op in Rotterdam-Zuid, studeerde informatica aan de TU Delft en begon zijn carrière bij een van de eerste Europese crypto-exchanges. Daar bouwde hij high-availability infrastructuur die 24/7 moest draaien — geen downtime toegestaan, elke milliseconde telde. Marko Roffanova grew up in Rotterdam-Zuid, studied computer science at TU Delft, and began his career at one of the first European crypto exchanges. There he built high-availability infrastructure that needed to run 24/7 — no downtime permitted, every millisecond counted.
Daarna werkte hij bij PostNL aan logistieke automatisering: workflows die tienduizenden pakketjes per uur verwerken, met volledige traceerbaarheid en GDPR-compliance. Complexe systemen, hoge stakes, zero tolerance voor fouten. He then joined PostNL working on logistics automation: workflows processing tens of thousands of parcels per hour, with complete traceability and GDPR compliance. In 2024 richtte hij Roffanova op met één doel: deze enterprise-expertise toegankelijk maken voor het Nederlandse en Europese MKB. De boekhouder bij een bouwbedrijf hoeft niet 8 uur per week bezig te zijn met herinneringen versturen. De salesmanager hoeft geen leads te missen omdat er geen tijd is voor opvolging. Dat kan beter. In 2024, he founded Roffanova with one goal: making this enterprise expertise accessible to Dutch and European SMEs. The bookkeeper at a construction company shouldn't spend 8 hours per week sending reminders. The sales manager shouldn't miss leads because there's no time for follow-up. There's a better way.
